Upon arrival this home was not what I expected. It is in need of TLC from the driveway lights to the interior of the home. Lots of junk under garage and in pool area, broken items in kitchen and one of the bunk rooms. I contacted your maintenance office and Patrick (Maintenance Supervisor) contacted me within minutes about my concerns. He advised me he would come by the house shortly and he did. We rented a house in the outer banks for the third straight year. When we walked through this year’s house, we were immediately disappointed. The house looked dirty, but they were kind enough to leave a tip request in the kitchen for a job well done with cleaning. I am talking outside and inside was dirty. Trash all around the outside of the house. Kitchen and bathrooms looked like my teenager attempted to clean it. Shoreline OBX was great very friendly and always a person when you called the office . They always took time to answer any questions I had and I had a lot , never felt rushed
Shoreline was great to rent through. We had a few minor details to review with them when we arrived, and they were responsive and helpful.
Easy access to the home and all communication was done timely!
