Very happy with this beautiful home that we rented for our family of ten. Mi Casa Su Casa was lovely and convenient which gave us a wonderful vacation to make some great family memories! Thanks to the owners for sharing your spacious delightful home with us.
Place we stayed was just OKAY (6/10). But communication and hospitality of the host - shoreline was a 10/10. Great staff and when the A/C went down, they had a contractor out in 2 hours to fix it. Overall good experience with Shoreline OBX
While we didn't have the best house and experience, Shoreline staff was very helpful when we booked and prior to our departure. We did pay extra to get into the house at 1PM and we didn't actually get in until nearly 2 hours later, we are disappointed that we had to pay $250 and our service had not been honored and we walked into a house that wasn't very clean and had many issues.
We have rented through Shoreline OBX for the past three years. Wonerful people to work with. Every time we had a concern, it was promptly addressed. Every person I've spoken to have been pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them for your vacation needs!
The staff at shoreline were helpful and wonderfully pleasant to work with.
