Amazing home/ vacation. As a family of 10 visiting, we had an incredible time. The home was beautifully laid out, we were all comfortable and had plenty of space to be together or have alone time. We spent the majority of our vacation at the house because it simply never got boring. We had more than enough to keep everyone entertained.
First time staying in a Shoreline OBX Vacation rental. They were prompt with our issues upon arrival. Came next morning to fix a ceiling fan and water leak. They were unable to fix the fan but an electrician was there the next morning.
Shoreline was easy to work with. The reminder emails and texts were very clear and helpful. Also, when we arrived we were informed of a small issue with the house. When we communicated with staff about the concerns, they responded kindly and quickly. We would highly recommend shoreline to others.
We had a lovely experience. Our unit was nestled in a family-friendly location with great access to the beach. We received clear communication and directions to our destination. Service was prompt when we had an issue with a toilet that needed to be repaired upon our arrival. Overall, it was a nice location for our family vacation.
