Dirty rentals, lazy staff. Worse experience ever and worst customer service.
Very Clean and Great place for Vacation with Family
Wonderfully organized rental company -- kept me informed in the months leading up to my rental with steady communications, provided all the directions and specifications for our place, responded immediately when we had a maintenance question, and provided a beautiful, well-stocked place. Look forward to staying with them again, and would recommend other area rental management agencies look to their example.
I highly recommend looking at Shoreline OBX website first before traveling to the Outer Banks as communication was great and price was better directly through them. We chose early access to the lower pool floor getting in an extra bit of sun! Shoreline was quickly attentive to a small toilet repair that was needed. We will book through them in the future!
