Instead of replacing the guts of my toilet, these plumbers told me that the parts were no longer available and I would have to replace all the toilets in my house. Then dared to demand payment anyway. Subsequently, I called Emerald Bay Plumbing, and they repaired my toilet using generic parts and charged me less than Shoreline demanded for a house call to sell me new toilets. Dante & David (apprentice) provided excellent service! My garbage disposal was inop & luckily I didn’t need a new one. Dante showed me what to do should it happen again. They were professional, courteous & did everything I needed repaired in an hour. No messes, introduced themselves & shook my hand when we met. I think David is in good hands with Dante showing him the ropes.
Scott and his crew are top notch. On time ,always do a 1st class job and take care of business in a timely manner

I have trusted this company in the past but now have lost all trust. I used them and thought they were honest. However Scotty recently caused damage to a bathtub in my house and told a bald-faced lie that he told me the tub was damaged. Further he unabashedly claims that he did not do the damage! Be very wary of hiring this man and company. One cannot be certain of their truthfulness or their willingness to make things right for the customer.
