Based on a recent Hot Water Heater repair ,I would Highly recommend Dante/Shoreline. We were a happy , long term(13 yesrs) customer of Emerald Bay Plumbing but they recently totally botched a repair. They have been acquired by a large co and their Service, pricing and competency have gone downhill. Shoreline came in, reversed the botch job and did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. Look no further, this is the Plumbing co you want,
I have used this company a couple of times, have found them quick to respond and reasonable to work with.
We did not have a good experience with Shoreline. The P-trap beneath our bathroom sink broke at the wall and needed to be replaced. Based on a recommendation from other homeowners we called Shoreline. Two plumbers from Mr. Rooter took a look at the PVC. Then, before they could give us a quote, they indicated it was company policy to do an entire home inspection. We allowed them and they found no other glaring issues. Instead of replacing the guts of my toilet, these plumbers told me that the parts were no longer available and I would have to replace all the toilets in my house. Then dared to demand payment anyway. Subsequently, I called Emerald Bay Plumbing, and they repaired my toilet using generic parts and charged me less than Shoreline demanded for a house call to sell me new toilets.
