Super friendly and helpful staff. They took good care of our beloved cat Kona, very grateful.
As always, we received excellent care at Shoreline Pet Hospital. Dr. Shah treated my 7 year old sheltie for a bacterial infection as well as soft tissue injury. She was so kind and patient and as always, the staff was unbeatable! WE are so grateful to have an amazing vet practice to go to in Mountain View!
The second visit was not a very pleasant experience. Mochi's tail got infected. After removing hair in the wound area, treating the wound with disinfection spray, and taking medicine for 2 weeks, she recovered very well. In the second visit, the vet basically checked the wound and suggested removing the hair in the wound area again because the hair grows through the scab. We agreed. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but Shoreline definitely deserves one. I'll start off by saying that you can tell everyone there loves what they do and are very knowledgable and genuinely care about the animals. I was on the lookout for a new vet for my 7 month old puppy, and JoJo who is our dog trainer told my husband and I to check out Shoreline, where she is also a vet tech.
