Fabulous staff that are welcoming and help ease the stress of our 4 legged family members.
This Vet office is very nice. The office is clean and well laid out. The entire staff is very nice. The exam was thorough. My dog needed several shots. Instead of taking him to the back, they did all the shows in the exam room with me there. This was much more comfortable for my dog as he was with me the entire time. It was to make an appointment. Also, they can send all the receipts and test results over email. The also called to explain the test results. I highly recommend this Vet.
New to the area, and the staff are great. Glad we found them, or 16 yr old poodle doesn't have any concerns here.
Shoreline Pet Hospital will be my new go to for excellent pet care! This was my first visit to Shoreline Pet Hospital. The location, both inside and out, is great. Lots of parking in a small strip mall on Rengstorff in Mountain View. I brought in our 3 year old cat Buster, because he was showing aggression toward our recently adopted rescue cat. Technicians were friendly and helpful. I wasn't very happy when they tried to sell unnecessary shots/examination to us.
