I made exactly 12 calls over 5 weeks and never reached a person. No option for callback or voice mail. I finally walked in and they said “That’s just the way our system works.” She also said the patient portal doesn’t really work. I asked if there was an extension I should be using and she just said I had to be patient when I call. I told her I could show her my call logs where I waited on hold 17,13,11 minutes and more so I have been patient. Mitch was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Took out all of my staples with no pain whatsoever.
I've only had the best care from everyone at Shoreline. I have to say Mitch Fogel is my favorite PA! I've had two appointments with him and he was so kind and personable. He removed my bandage yesterday and the incision looks great. Plus he answered my questions regarding my recovery without making me feel rushed. I feel very fortunate that I was under Mitchell's care. Thanks, Mitchell, you're the best!
