My experience with Michael was very positive!! He listened thoughtfully and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed even though I entered 15 minutes before closing. Very happy and would highly recommend this business.
I came in as a walk-in urgent care patient. My wait to get in was not very long. The receptionist, MA, x-Ray tech, PA, and Cast Tech all treated me with respect and care. Mike (PA) explained my diagnosis clearly, answered my questions, and explained expected outcome (possibly surgery but hopefully immobilization with a cast might prevent the need for that). I highly recommend Shoreline Orthopedics.
I received prompt attention and the best of care from Michael and his assistant when I need pain relief from a IT Band Syndrome and Bursitis. I received pertinent information to know and understand timelines and the procedures! Hats off toTeam Michael!
He was very informative and took time with me.
