Great visit for my grandsons braces. Staff are always a pleasure to deal with. We have been clients for many generations and it is so nice to see people that we worked with many years ago
Getting braces in your mid 20's can be very overwhelming. But with that being said Dr. Michelle Kosmowski & the rest of the team at shoreline made this a unforgettable experience. I have so much love for the entire team, especially Michelle. My story began with alot of question marks. Will I? Can I? Should I? After my first consultation I left very over whelmed. Great customer service, i was not physically there but my husband and daughter had all good things to say about the service they had. The team is very professional, they take their time to explain all the options available to you. My daughter can’t wait to have her next appointment. Would highly recommend
For my final review I thought I'd write a poem :-) A journey of angst, a strange, metal phase, But through it all, you earned my praise. For though I grumbled, you knew what was best, My healthy bite now stands the test! **************************************************** I am "hopefully" 3/4 of the way through my unexpected and less than desired Orthodontic adventure! Albeit, the Shoreline team has been masterful, supportive, understanding, and very accommodating with the bites that I am taking on this journey :-)
Five stars all around so far! We are at the beginning of the braces adventure for our 14 year old and so far it has been a great experience. We have had only genuine kindness and care from every staff member. When my daughter came out from getting her braces put on she was all smiles and full of stories of the staff being funny and nice during the appointment. She’s actually looking forward to her next appointment!
