Brought my darling child in for their consultation yesterday. Despite Timber being incredibly worried, we made it through unscathed. They were patient with them and very kind. No treatments for now, but will need to be back in the future for braces. Will update when we go through the process. :)
We love this place, everyone from the front desk to the consultation to meeting Dr. Helpard everyone is amazing. We have 9 children and 4 of them have had to have braces, so even though it has been a while since we were there they remembered us, and it just makes you feel calm and loved. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this clinic, my kiddos have amazing smiles to match their amazing personalities.
Right when you walk in, the staffs was making sure that you are welcome. Our first visit today and it was great experience. The people who assist us are kind, knowledge of what they are doing and they make sure my son was feel comfortable while discussing about his teeth.. Overall, they are soooo great...
Just brought my daughter in for a consultation. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us get set up in the right direction for braces in the future.
They have been great with my daughter from age 6 when our dentist first thought she would need ortho work to today, at age 12, when she got her braces on. Great staff. KC explained everything beautifully and really made my daughter feel comfortable about what she was doing and how it would go. The whole office staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. It's got a great feel to the place with comfortable waiting areas and a lot of patience and compassion for young people going through a less than fun experience.
