I really like Dr. Dunlop. She is friendly and knowledgeable. However, I paid over $1000 for an extraction and went for my follow up today and received an Xray and 3D scan so Dr. Dunlop could check the extraction site. At checkout, I was told I owed $555 for the services. I was not informed that the services performed(that I did not ask for) were going to total $555. I am very upset. Dr Wilson and his team were absolutely incredible! I had 3 wisdom teeth removed - I was made fully prepared before my procedure and given everything I needed to ensure my healing process was sound. They are the best!
The staff was so amazing. I had never had any form of surgery before and I was getting my wisdom teeth removed. Zoey (I believe her name was) stayed with me in the patient room after my consultation with Dr. Kelly and gave me the utmost reassurance and genuinely made me feel at ease. Dr. Natalie Dunlop went truly above and beyond for me. From the first visit to follow-up care, she showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. She took extra time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything, and she didn’t have to—but she did. It made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful and would recommend her without hesitation.
Dr. Dunlap and the entire team at Shoreline Oral & Facial Surgery were absolutely amazing with my 12-year-old daughter. From start to finish, everyone was kind, patient, and reassuring, which made such a difference for her (and for us as parents). The staff are professional, caring, and truly go above and beyond.
