My doctor here is the literal best doctor I've ever had, the staff are very polite and courteous. I've been a patient for over 6 years and I'm very grateful for the care I recieve, they even call to follow up when I've had referrals take a while for symptoms my doctor finds particularly urgent.
I am beyond thankful for this clinic. Not only is the support staff friendly and kind but so is my doctor. Rarely do you meet such an honest, funny, real, empathetic, supportive human who genuinely loves what he does. I feel beyond blessed to be a part of this amazing clinic that is always adding more care with multiple disciplines. It is also not for profit and raises money for charities. The Dr's also work at the hospital........
Front desk refused service and suggested I drive 30km to Victoria to see a doctor. I’m on file and My family doctor since I was a child is there and apparently because I left the province. I can’t see a doctor. Now I’m on my way to the hospital to clog the medical system more. Canada is the worst, and your facility is contributing to its decline.
