Rude staff. Takes months to get meet and greet to then try and book an appointment. If you are healthy and do t need to see a doctor this is the place to book. Can’t really wait 2+ months to meet a doctor. And the staff not understanding that is bonkers.
I went to Shoreline medical centre Monday 10 Nov as a walk in patient. I had broken my wrist the Sat prior and I had some concerns. The front line staff were very friendly and helpful and even though I did not have an appointment they assured me that a Doctor would see me in time I was there for less then an hour and I was seen by Dr Ryan Liebscher and Dr Jasmin Gill Two outstanding Doctors both were caring, professional and helpful. My new doctor is awesome! And the staff is excellent super friendly!
As long as you fit there ideal client model the medical director doesn't discharge you....if you have years of mental health issues she demands her doctors of many many years being your doctor (i even followed him from his old practice to this office) to discharge you because of a voicemail message left over a month previous to your next appt because they screwed up sending in medication....not once, but several times and with 3 different pharmacies. Absolulty horrific, the medical director Sienna Bourdon is awful, not looking out for clients at all. She states in one of her news flash look at me public posts about community....my experience with her is community means altogether, except when you are a PWD with mental health issues and after her office makes a mistake with medi ation and you leave a bad message about it on the after hours phone....then you don't matter....she discharges you and plays victim.
