Very knowledgeable staff, and super transparent. They were able to look at my outboard in about 2 days from initial call, vs 2-3 weeks for everyone else. We had to order a part which took about 2 weeks, but they installed quickly upon part arrival
Shoreline did a pre-purchase inspection on our boat. They provided a list of recommended repairs/maintenance along with a cost estimate. Seller agreed with Shoreline's recommendations and reduced his price accordingly. We bought the boat, Shoreline did the repairs/maintenance, and boat has been running great. Very positive experience and I highly recommend Shoreline for your boat repair/maintenance needs.
