What a scam these senior services are. I've been trying to get help with my taxes for 10 weeks. At first it was "we'll call when we have an appointment available". Well, hundreds of calls and 10 weeks later, they are done. They suggested the library, knowing that they are now at very limited hours and even less staff. They have no one to help. Thanks shoreline senior center for leading me on only to screw me over.
