My favorite place second to my own home. Love love love it.
Horrible service. I asked them why my room has not been cleaned by 1pm. I was told I must ask the from desk to clean my room and give me new towels before noon otherwise my room will not be cleaned. The lady receptionist at the front was as rude and nasty as she could be.
Our first stay here. We usually stay at a hotel down the road but wanted a view. This is a great hotel to stay. I was a bit disappointed that we could not get into the room until 3 o'clock even though I checked in at 11. Wish they would have cleaned our room quicker but oh well that's the worse that happened.
