Byron and Jackie just completed my aluminum fence and it looks fantastic!! The team had the fence installed in one day and came back the next morning to hang the gates, allowing the post to set longer to prevent sagging. They were very nice, professional, and went through any concerns regarding installation. I recently purchased a home in Murrells Inlet and the only thing missing was a backyard fence for my dog to enjoy. Shoreline fence was highly rated on Google and Iver provided a fast and easy to understand quote. Megan was very attentive and spent lots of extra time helping me understand the process. Dennis went above and beyond to help me with a temporary tie out post for the dog while we waited on materials! I paid a lot of money for my fence and had to call them back many times, but they came until under warranty we had some wind and it blew out some panels and knocked over 3 panels! This was early March, 2022! Talked with them for 5 months and kept saying they were waiting on materials! Then after not being able to contact them after a few weeks found out they had closed and filed for bankruptcy! My fence is stilll broken with no one to fix it! I work give a minus 10 stars if possible. Please don’t do business with these people. I paid thousand of dollars for my fence. A large part they ask for before work stats. Then send late doing the work. Had to call them back several times. Then the manager left. Since then they will not answer any calls. I have had to repair their sloppy work myself. Extremely unprofessional. Stay far, far away from this company.
