I’ve never seen anyone handle a baby the way Vy did with Chloe. From the second she walked in, Chloe was calm. Vy didn’t rush, didn’t force smiles, didn’t talk at her. Vy is the kind of hygienist who makes you forget you’re at the dentist. She explained things without being robotic, checked in without hovering, and somehow balanced being thorough while still making the appointment fly by. Nothing felt rushed, but nothing dragged either, which is a skill in itself. What stood out most was how intentional she was. While I could go on and on about how amazing Dr. Liss was and his practice, unfortunately I do not have a single nice thing to say about Shoreline Dental since they took over. To speak to anyone on the phone to resolve a simple issue took a ridiculous amount of time and aggravation, each person we spoke with was like Groundhog Day all over again. They have stripped the waiting room of the fish tanks that my boys used to enjoy watching while they waited…it seems very empty and tacky now. The front desk is overflowing with pap... read more

The service here is very efficient and accommodating. Vy is my usual dental hygienist and she is friendly and always ready to answer questions without any judgement. The rest of the staff is also great. They gave me some squishies (in lieu of a stress ball) and waited until I was comfortable before proceeding.

This place is awesome! All the staffs are friendly and welcoming. I adore my dential hygienist. She always make my sure I am comfortable and ensure my teeth is well clean. She always tell me what she is doing and what I need for the next visit. Definitely recommend this place!
