Best CrossFit gym ever! Absolutely amazing construction of the workout plan, their workout plan works for any fitness level and is not overly repetitive or boring at all. Great atmosphere with music and most importantly welcoming and friendly coaches who will give you attention if and when needed to achieve your fitness goals. I have been with them for over a year now and I feel and look the best I have ever have!
Great box with a welcoming atmosphere. David was very attentive and really made sure I did the exercises correctly, enjoyed the class, and got a really good workout. I will be back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended.
