It’s unfortunate to have to post this cause I’ve been coming here for years. The staff were friendly and the food was good. Most recently though as the staff has changed it isn’t what it used to be. Most recently they messed up our phone order, argued that we were wrong and before coming to a resolution or even checking us out they walked away to help others; no resolution, no telling us they’d start making the other meal they missed from our order, nothing. Terrible customer service
I used Shoreline for my Son & Daughter-in-law’s Baby shower. I was in constant contact with Dena and she answered all of my questions & concerns. She set everything up with what was needed and wanted. She sent me one of the Servers for the extent of the party. Leidy was amazing and so helpful! I would use them again if I ever need another event catered & definitely would recommend them to anyone.
