Kitchen renovation project with Shoreline Cabinet Company was delivered on time and on budget. Owner Neal Nesbitt made the process easy for us in designing the new layout based on our need for more functional space. Neal did a fantastic job on my kitchen. He's great with design, and gave us great advice. We purchsed a semi custom American made product that is beautiful and durable. We did a sizable remodel. A full kitchen remodel with new flooring is going to take you a couple of months, if your folks are doing it right. A couple of the cabinet doors came with blemishes in the paint, and Neal had new doors delivered in a week or so. He stood by the project until the very end, and made every detail perfect. Neil, Chris and team were pleasant to work with and gave us great advice throughout the project. We had a small pantry built, which a much smaller project than they normally do, but they were gracious with their time and expertise. Excited for future projects!
It took over nine weeks to complete the job and it’s not a big kitchen at all. They told me it would take six days!!!. I called once and left a voicemail. I asked a simple question and was not rude at all and she told the installer I had a “hissy fit” and did not return my call but got him to call me instead. That was incredibly unprofessional and just created tension between the Installer and I.
