I spent a lot of time scrubbing dog urine off the floors and baseboards. The shower has so much human urine in it that I didnt even want to rinse my feet. I would have tried to clean it myself but unlike the dog urine, the shower would have needed professional enzyme solvent and equipment. I can see why so many of the homes are for sale, Vacasa doesnt treat guests or owners well. I feel bad for the owners because the space itself was really cute, it's just horribly managed. I wish I could give three and a half stars. This was a nice cottage for what we needed for our vacation to Maine. When we arrived and checked in we noticed a split unit AC unit and a window unit, after searching for the split unit remote and finding out the unit doesnt work we contacted the support team who insisted that it did work. The next day we got a call that it was supposed to be fixed and wasnt. They came in and took out the window unit and put in a different type of AC unit, they didnt close the window after removin... read more
