2 Beachfront condos in 1 parking lot. Shower to rinse off from beaching. Also had a pool, and we met the manager and he was very nice. Everything was clean and very well kept. The only complaint we would've had was the grill that was with the condo to the south was in need of an update.
BEWARE read the fine print/ description. The pool is closed until November.
Remodeled on of the condos myself with Labor Finders. Started out on day one with removing old marble counter tops. Day two bring new hard wood floors up to the fourth floor.
