I’ve lived at Shorehaven Apartments and have seen so many positive improvements in the community. The property is much better, well-maintained, and continues to get better over time. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Michelle has been especially helpful and has always taken the time to answer questions and address concerns. I’m giving a 5-star rating because of the new Leasing Manager, Michelle, and her team. Before Michelle was hired, my experience with management was not very positive. Recently, I went through a life-changing event, and Michelle was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive during a difficult time. Shorehaven is such a great community and the office team is even better! They worked their hardest to get me moved in a timely manner and made my move-in super comfortable! My little ones love the pool and I enjoy the 24 hour gym. We dont have any pets but there is a pet park!! I recommend checking out Shorehaven before they’re all rented up!!!

IT LOOKS PRETTY TURNING IN BUT THE WORST PLACE. For the past year in a half every thing was great, the last 5 months it has went down.
