IT LOOKS PRETTY TURNING IN BUT THE WORST PLACE. For the past year in a half every thing was great, the last 5 months it has went down. After about a week of living at Shorehaven, I can honestly say I’m glad I chose to make this community my home. The residents are diverse, with a nice mix of younger and older folks, as well as families, and the community has felt welcoming so far. My unit was clean and in good condition when I finally received my keys. I also have to give a special shoutout to the property manager, Michelle, who has been awesome! Just moved from this place and new management is not very helpful. The guy Godwin seems to always say “I’m not sure” or “ IDK” as an assistant manager I’m not sure how you don’t know anything going on. If you move here opt to work with another associate. He seems to always have to ask the property manager everything. I also left a crock pot behind incidentally they can’t seem to give a straight answer about it so I’m sure one of them took it
