Just moved from this place and new management is not very helpful. The guy Godwin seems to always say “I’m not sure” or “ IDK” as an assistant manager I’m not sure how you don’t know anything going on. If you move here opt to work with another associate. He seems to always have to ask the property manager everything. I also left a crock pot behind incidentally they can’t seem to give a straight answer about it so I’m sure one of them took it
I needed to move into an apartment in a timely manner, and although there was some miscommunication at the beginning regarding the apartment size and move-in dates, Chandin and Michelle worked hard to get everything resolved. In the end, they were able to get me moved in right on time, and I really appreciated their efforts. I haven’t lived here very long, but so far the community has been quiet, the children enjoy playing outside, and the neighbors have been friendly. Shorehaven Apartments is an awesome place to live. Chandin,Michele and maintenance are very professional and prompt when you have any issues with your unit. The apartments are spacious and open. Everyone is friendly and kind. What a fantastic experience living here at Shorehaven.
I’ve lived at Shorehaven Apartments and have seen so many positive improvements in the community. The property is much better, well-maintained, and continues to get better over time. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Michelle has been especially helpful and has always taken the time to answer questions and address concerns. I’m giving a 5-star rating because of the new Leasing Manager, Michelle, and her team. Before Michelle was hired, my experience with management was not very positive. Recently, I went through a life-changing event, and Michelle was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive during a difficult time.
