Unfortunately have to agree with other recent reviews. Used to be just OK, but turning disastrous. Staff doesn't care too much, what could have been a 3min conversation with a nurse, is now a phone call booked 1 month from now (the earliest they can accommodate). But fortunately at least this gave me the last push to go and register somewhere else. Doesn't deserve the 2.6 star rating currently.
This used to be a fantastic surgery but several of the good doctors retired and passed away over the years so that changed. Virtually impossible to make an appointment, reception staff unhelpful and some of doctors, doctor Stroud mainly, are rude and won't listen. I was at this surgery since I was very young but I had had enough. I left and went to Woodseats medical centre. Shoreham street surgery has sub standard treatment and rude staff (not all). Better using Google and self medicating than this surgery.
I am extremely disappointed with the NHS service. They have repeatedly changed my appointment dates without any proper explanation, and I’m now waiting over three months just to get a simple blood test. Despite stressing the urgency of the test, I received no support or consideration whatsoever. The staff have been unhelpful and, frankly, rude when I sought assistance.
