the best place to rent from. Excellent business ethics!
I have delt with many storage facilities and Shoregate is by far the best I have ever dealt with. The place is kept in immaculate condition, they don't slap a late fee on you if you simply forgot to pay your bill that month, they will remind you that your payment is late and give you time to pay it before they hit you with a late fee or double lock your unit. Everyone I have delt with have been extremely courteous and kind.
Great customer service from start to finish. They made the booking process very easy, their website was very easy to navigate to find available units or make payments, and they very flexible when it came time to move out.
THE WORST storage facility that I have ever encountered. Very disorganized management and staff. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone who has treasured belongings, looking for storage.
