Was happy with my room until I realised the air conditioning wasn't working so I had to contact after hours the first lady I spoke with said I had to leave my room go up to the restaurant and they will help I said its 8:30 at night I have a child and didn't feel comfortable going up there and asking kitchen staff The staff member on the phone said she didn't no what to other than get me to leave my room that I paid $375 for so tried everything possible to fix the air-conditioning I went up to the restaurant to fix the issue ... read more
