Great Location, yes. But thats it. Rooms definitely don't reflect pictures advertised. Our room was top to bottom in heavy dust, mould & grimy walls/surfaces. With limited accommodation available in the area due to large sporting carnivals- We ended up having to clean the entire room before our stay as the staff did not bother. They just passed the buck and said the owner won't spend money on decent cleaning staff. Daily room service was poor & laughable. Fridge was rusted & room smelt of wet dog. Ridiculous amount for cleaning fee mould all over their office walls never going back there again
Thank you to the wonderful staff at Shoredrive for looking after myself and my family when we travelled to Townsville for a funeral. They were extremely accommodating and went the extra mile for us with a variety of things. The motel was lovely, clean and quiet and also super close to everything.
