When the hot water was rather cold i called Grant at Shorebreak Plumbing, he stopped past that evening and checked out the system. It was totally dead, Grant ran over my options and I settled on a new replacement. It was installed the next day. The work is super neat, old unit gone. Thanks Grant for your speedy response, knowledge and professional installation.
