Shore Windows and Doors is an excellent company to work with. Very professional, responsive and accommodating. Debbie and Ray, the owners, are great, and their work ethic is apparent in their staff. Derrick and Lowen are hard and conscientious workers. Our replacement windows were installed with care and expertise, and they made sure our house was clean when the job was done. Highly recommend. You won’t be sorry.
Ask for an estimate for 6 window mechanisms, the quote seemed high so we told the salesmen on the phone it was too high and asked why, he relooked at the quote and seen an error and said it would be approx $500, we agreed to do the job, he came out that same day to look at Windows, gave a deposit of $125. Emailed us a quote for $1000 next day, which we had already said was too high. Unbelievable. Don't get involved with this company. Tried to charge me $125 to get a quote. They didn't disclose it, and only mentioned it when they were finished looking at the job. I refused to pay the fee because I had no prior notice. (Actually even had an email from the office staff said$125 service fee when any work is performed.) When I refused to pay the "quote" fee, the owner Ray literally stomped out of my house screaming obscenities including the "B" word in front of his helper Derrick. Derrek B and Loudon W were our installers today for a set of French doors with the blinds enclosed. We have been waiting for 4 months for the builder to install them, but they were not able to. I am so happy that these two installers came today. They were everything a company should want in an installer - courteous, efficient, friendly, on- time and knowledgeable.
