We only stayed 1 night and the room was excellent we will definitely be back soon thanks for everything
I booked this room based on the positive reviews, however I was very disappointed. I had to leave shortly after checking in due to a strong cigarette smell in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The odor was overwhelming and immediate — despite the hotel claiming the room was new and that no other guests had complained. I informed the property immediately by text of the smell and that I could not stay in the room (I was late for an event and didn't have time to resolve the problem in the moment).
