Have used Shore to Shine for 3 years; great service and always polite. Today. the cleaning crew tried to move a planter box and damaged the box; had my wife not seen it, they were prepared to leave without mention. We withheld pay until the supervisor (perhaps owner?)came with 2 helpers to repair the $200 box (and 2 hours of construction) - but the crack cannot be repaired.
