Johnny is extremely professional and reliable. We are blessed to have found his company. Johnny helped us with the cracked grout corners in our shower. He also replaced the grout anywhere there was a change of plane. He took his time to explain the process, proposed the proper solution and ensured the conditions were ready for success. He takes pride and is meticulous in all of his tasks and I would highly recommend him. Thanks again !!!!

I purchased a home last year, and the shower in master bath needed a makeover. Someone had done a very poor job of grout painting -- not only did the grout get painted, but so did the tiles, the shower pan, and various areas exterior to the shower. Additionally, there were 2 -3 tiles that protruded from the wall, the caulk was cracked and stained, and the shower pan needed a good cleaning. Appointment was accommodated to my schedule which was greatly appreciated. Tiled seat in shower needed to be cleaned, regrouted and caulked. Everything was explained as to why this happened and how it would be restored, as well as how to prevent this from happening again. Looked like new when done. Howie, the owner is meticulous and even went above and beyond to recaulk around toilet. I am beyond happy and would definitely recommend Shore Tile Restorations to anybody needing any type of tile cleaning or restoration.
