He had a map of our yard to locate the cover and measured exactly where it was. He answered all the questions my wife and I asked. Had a wonderful experience working with Shore Thing, they came and did the septic tank pumping and they dug up the septic for us which was very nice! No mess in the yard or driveway. When I scheduled the appointment Ashley was very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend there services!
Shore Things was very timely in scheduling my service. Colin came and located the tank cover with ease and was very neat while digging the grass and pumping. Even the cleanup afterwards was amazing.
Very friendly customer service representative Katelyn was able to book a service call for the same day! Colin and Jason were extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain their process and findings.My lawn was completely unaffected and left in perfect condition.
