Shore Things is truly a five star company from beginning to end. My experience started with excellent communication from the office, including quick replies and clear, helpful information. They even took the time to look up when our septic system was last pumped, and scheduling could not have been easier. Shore Things is awesome. I highly recommend their services. They responded to our email with a phone call and dispatched someone quickly to address our septic/drain emergency. They alerted us when they were on the way to our home and arrived as scheduled. The repair work was done expertly and quickly. All work was explained to us. Go-forward suggestions were given. There was No up sell. The price was very fair, the work professional and communication excellent. We will use Shore Things again.

Thank you for the service of cleaning our septic tank in Dennis.Colin, your service technician, was both courteous and informative. He had a map of our yard to locate the cover and measured exactly where it was. He answered all the questions my wife and I asked. He left the yard with the slightest sign of disruption.He recommended having the tank cleaned every 2 years.My wife noticed that Colin put a tarp on the road under his truck to catch any spills.He is a credit to your company. Had a wonderful experience working with Shore Thing, they came and did the septic tank pumping and they dug up the septic for us which was very nice! No mess in the yard or driveway. When I scheduled the appointment Ashley was very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend there services!

I cannot overstate how much I recommend working with Shore Things. I reached out to David at Shore Things to inquire about the possible need for new sewer system needed for my father's house. As it turns out, I didn't need to upgrade anything, but David nonetheless helped get me sorted when other companies gave me conflicting information and recommendations.
