Don’t know if they where having a bad day but went in today with my dog to get a dummy and a new duck call. Asked about dummies got half heartily directed to the corner. They didn’t have what I needed but that’s ok so went to the counter to look at calls and got ignored. Had a couple of comments about Chesapeake retrievers being aggressive and mine would become so eventually so I left(my puppy is 12 weeks and very well behaved). ALWAYS great service from Jamie, Tim and Buddy. They take the time to answer my questions and give great advice! I don't think I have ever left empty-handed 😀.
Customer services was very poor. If you pay cash and need to return something ,store credit. No cash back? Really!!

Walked in this morning for the first time. Super impressed!! Very friendly and huge selection of hunting and fishing gear. Definitely where I am gonna purchase my next "toy"!

Went there this morning to see if they sold fishing rod tips. Sure enough they did, brought the rod in, man takes it to the back, 5 minutes later back with new tip glued on. Very, very reasonably priced, very, very polite and accommodating. So I bought some line to go on that rod too. Went in for a tip..... Came out with a new business to support.......
Best place on the shore to get your gear! Purchased a new crossbow and a new muzzleloader in the last 2 weeks. Very happy with the customer service and the product!!
