Do not seek treatment here. I was transitioning my care from another practice to this one. Dr. Rathi met with me, ordered an MRI and scheduled me for a follow up to discuss treatment options. I underwent the MRI, met with Dr. Rathi, discussed the results and was informed by him that he would consult with my previous physician to discuss the best course of treatment. His staff is useless, unprofessional and beyond incompetent. not only did I have to wait ONE Whole week to hear from Dr.Rathi. Emily's favorite response was "I don't know I'm sorry" or "(giggle and responds I apologize I don't know what you want me to say" per Emily Dr. Rathi only stated to tell the patient meaning (ME) "I can not help her" without given me a good reason why or giving me options of what I can do.... if this is how he turns away patients don't bother seeing him you will waste your time
Been a patient of Dr. Rathi for close to ten years. Dr. Rathi always takes the time to listen to what's going on pain wise and always makes it more manageable!
Patient of Dr. Rathi's for 8 years. Never had a problem until now. His staff is useless, unprofessional and beyond incompetent. It's been 1 month since my appt. and they never got my MRI authorization. They don't answer calls or return messages. Go somewhere else. EDIT: As for Josh Gale's review, it's fake. It contradicts my review which was posted first. If Emily is, in fact, the OM, she failed to do her job, lying to me at first and then never returning my messages.
