Dr Rathi caring Dr. Office staff need a little coaching.
Dr Rathi is the most concerned & caring physician I have ever been treated by. He is on top of his profession & always knows what’s new in his field.
Do not seek treatment here. I was transitioning my care from another practice to this one. Dr. Rathi met with me, ordered an MRI and scheduled me for a follow up to discuss treatment options. I underwent the MRI, met with Dr. Rathi, discussed the results and was informed by him that he would consult with my previous physician to discuss the best course of treatment. His staff is useless, unprofessional and beyond incompetent. not only did I have to wait ONE Whole week to hear from Dr.Rathi. Emily's favorite response was "I don't know I'm sorry" or "(giggle and responds I apologize I don't know what you want me to say" per Emily Dr. Rathi only stated to tell the patient meaning (ME) "I can not help her" without given me a good reason why or giving me options of what I can do.... if this is how he turns away patients don't bother seeing him you will waste your time
