While we didn't have the most pleasant experience, I will revise my review as I did receive my refund that was overdrawn.
I've been working with the friendly folks here for nearly a decade and I'm so pleased that they continue to offer a spot for me to keep my "stuff" that's safe and cared for. Thank you!
As they pointed out, I won’t find anywhere else to store my boat and trailer for that cheap but you sure get what you pay for! The first thing they need to understand is we are customers, they are not doing us a favor. They will point out that they warn there are no assigned spaces, as if this is the problem. You can’t get 8 gallons into a 5 gallon jug. That slight bit of simple physics seems lost on them as the owner buys and stores his ‘toys’ (junk) all over and wherever he pleases.
