Some of the most unprofessional people- we have ever worked with..held up a pool closing over a month due to a $31 missed charge... new pool company much better people and a better price
Started out good but when I complained that my new motor was leaking I was told it would go away and it was never looked at and told it was the filter.

I consider us to be refugees from the horrific customer service we received from Aqua Jet. After being cursed at and treated horribly by their owner, we contacted Shore Pools for support at my parents home. Being senior citizens and the upkeep on the pool had become too difficult and they needed additional support. Shore Pools promptly responded with friendly, professional service and a problem solving approach.
