Amazing Realtor. Very knowledgeable. Sold our property in one week and then purchase a new property a week later. Without any issues, we got a really great condo for a fair price. The condo will be worth way more in the future so it was a wise investment. Also knowledgeable in 1031 exchanges which we took advantage of. It will use him again when we upgrade again in a few years!!
The house was filthy on arrival—dirty carpets, flies everywhere, stained mattresses, and maggots in the trash. Front door didn’t lock. It’s more about how David handled this situation that’s bothersome. All him and his partner care about is counting the money.
Ian is a pleasure to work with as our rental agent! As new rental owners, we had many questions for which he's always been extremely responsive to, providing honest and trustworthy recommendations and feedback.
