Very unprofessional! The organization
Do their job. They are the laziest rudest people I have ever meet. I have talked to supervisors and nothing changes. I have even stopped the guy who is the head of the whole building and told him my concerns. Nothing has been done.
My mother will not be back here. Poor staffing, poor patient care- not safe for her here. When there was an issue with her not being treated properly I was told my mother was a liar. I would not willingly have another loved one here. We wanted the assurance and comfort of knowing someone was looking after our loved one in their time of need. That was not what we received. Not only are we upset but my mother is very upset.
Very happy with the entire experience my grandfather underwent at ShorePointe Nursing Center. Grandfather was admitted to the facility and was met with nothing but joyful staff, clean facilities, good food, and ample activities for the patients.
Professional, friendly staff. Clean facilities, and a wonderful rehab center.
My five star home away from home. Always the best service. The best of all my options.
My mother-in-law is a patient here more for their rehab facilities as she has had major brain surgery and does not have use of her limbs. This is by far the worst place I have ever seen. The staff is rude and argumentative. I understand they are under staffed but that still is no excuse to argue with a patient if whether or not they are in pain.
