I came here for myself to get better and I have never in my life felt more welcomed and cared for. These people are absolutely amazing and are saving my life. If you are considering anywhere, come here! I promise you would never regret it!!!!! Thank you Shore Point for being so caring and amazing!
I was in rehab for 20 days. It was a great experience for me. I would highly recommend this facility as a first choice. The staff were fantastic, the food was great, and the groups were informative. I liked attending the weekly meetings.
My experience with this program was extremely disappointing and, at times, unprofessional. The admissions staff member, Walker, who handles both intake and discharge, made my exit process unnecessarily difficult and negative. I was required to pay for my own transportation to the airport basically due to Walker not wanting to “deal” with the situation he sent other staff members out to tell me to book my own Uber, despite being told it would be included. Super nice facility. Even nicer staff members. The is literally no punishment at all or any complaints when it comes to my experience with them. The nurses, techs, clinicians, case managers, house keeping, just everyone who works there are the best people a person could be. Very grateful for helping me on my journey to better days. Learned a lot about myself and my addiction in ways I never knew of before.
