Everyone was pleasant and professional.
The phone system is the worst I've ever experienced, I never know what number to push. eventually I have to opt for the call back which when it comes the person on the phone says I don't know about everything you ever ask her. When I tell her can you please have somebody that knows something call me back, no one ever does
Everybody was very nice and professional time wait was short
Sandra the nurse was very kind and pleasant in taking my vitals and help me feel at ease. She is very pretty
