Dr Van Der Sluis is a great doctor but his staff were less than helpful. I needed a script for a refill and they gave me the run around. Not sure if they didn’t understand me or if they were busy. I was told I was not listed on my brother’s HIPAA when I am his legal guardian. I went to the office the following Monday to ask to speak to the Doctor but they stated I was not permitted.
