I booked an appointment over a month ago for January 7th and recently received a voicemail stating it was canceled because it was not scheduled in the correct time slot. When I called to reschedule, I was told that the same doctor is now booking into June. I asked if there was another provider available, as I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and recently obtained new insurance due to my medical circumstances. I’ve been going to Cindy for years and just had a major operation, I was in icu etc. I made an appointment for what I was told was 10:30am, when I showed up at 10:10am they turned me away saying my appointment was for 10. Either way there’s a 10 minute grace period, everyone knows this. The security at front desk was rude and ignorant about the whole situation and claimed I would have to make another appointment. Like I said I have been a patient there for years and never have I been treated so rudely! Never go there again. ... read more
Dr.Buford has been very helpful to me and my wife. She has a great bedside manor and listens to us and our issues. The staff is fantastic too!
