Dr Van Der Sluis is a great doctor but his staff were less than helpful. I needed a script for a refill and they gave me the run around. Not sure if they didn’t understand me or if they were busy. Dr. Jasmine Bauknight is an AMAZING Hand Surgeon! I had severe Carpal Tunnel for 15 years with pain and tingling. I'm happy with my doctors. BUT THE BILLLING DEPTARTMENT. Need to be escorted out and replaced with competent staff. continuously billing people with justifying the date of service being billed only leads to this.
