I was not happy that my exam consisted of Dr standing in the doorway 12 feet away from me for a quick 2 minute-chat! Then on top of that, receiving a $207 bill for it!

Upon making an appointment with Dr Rizzo I felt he was knowledgeable and instilled confidence that he may be able to help. Received an authorization for an MRI. When I completed the MRI I dropped off the CD of the MRI to his office the same day. wrote my name on same and waited and waited. The office claimed they never received the CD and seemed to blame me, insinuating I gave the CD to the wrong office. I did not. I gave it to a staff member at a window where his name was present .
