They lie to me to my face,told me that it's a Follow-Up visit,That I didn't have to pay now they wants Co-Pay,Plus they Never Answer the Phone, Told Me that the phone was Broken For Over a Month??,What Kind Of Doctor Office Is This Never Go There If You Know What Good

Dr Avramov is a great doctor. The receptionist is very nice and friendly. They are very accommodating . The doctor takes the time to examine you and explain things to you that you can understand. She gives you plenty of time to ask questions and answer them. I like that my office visits aren't rushed.

First time here November 2023. I'm treated by some of the top Neurologists in the country and needed someone local. Dr. Violeta Avramov was wonderful. She is smart, patient, asks great questions, is friendly, and solicits patient opinion. She provided samples and made sure to check in. Desk staff good but do not answer phone so be sure to leave a message. Facilities are very dated but clean (really doubt that the ones claiming otherwise are still relevant). 5 stars for doctor, 3 for facilities.

I’m giving two stars because the doctor originally was thorough and ordered tests I was hoping to have done in order to figure out why I was getting such frequent migraines. However, I never received a call about my results of either test. When I called 2 weeks after to inquire, I was met with a recording that said the voice mailbox is full. When I called days after that, I left a message asking for a call back but never received one. Fast forward 2 MONTHS to my follow up- still never heard anything. I would give zero stars if I could. The "doctor" negated my seizure and tremor activity due to the fact that I was a parent. Then also referred to a medicine from years ago because the office staff couldn't be bothered to update charts. No one should trust this practice with anything. They should be closed down. Such a joke.
