I had my cervical spine surgery with Dr. Francis Kralick three days ago. Thank God, everything went well and I am now recovering. I received excellent care: everything about the post-operative process was explained to me in detail, which helped me feel prepared and avoid unpleasant surprises. Still dealing with billing errors 7 months after being seen in the ER and L&D. Multiple surprise third party bills coming from questionable organizations such as Onsite Neonatal, and Bayfront Emergency Physicians, both broadly labeled scams online. Both organizations claimed on their bills that there was an insurance adjustment already made, but my insurance had never been billed due to incorrect information provided to them by Shore’s billing department. I’ve never witnessed such broad disinterest and mistreatment of patients. At least between the hours of 3–8 a.m., this is a horrible place that I don’t wish upon anyone to go to. I arrive with really bad food poisoning basically crawling on the ground. The front desk staff had zero urgency – completely jaded and not giving a shit.
