Why do they need to charge their patients for parking? It's not in a big city. There's nothing desirable about parking there except the hospital. The hospital is non profit yet make so much money they need to spend it down to retain their nonprofit status. Maybe they could at the very least not charge their patients to park there. This is the worst hospital in the entire country Please stay away from this place There are many things I can say I reported them to the state of NJ and I promise I will not stop there. Not to bore you. Be aware!!!!!
I am extremely unimpressed with the neurologists at Shore Medical center. I was brought to them by ambulance twice in 3 days due to debilitating Thunder Clap migraines. They did relieve the migraines with IV medication, for which I am extremely grateful. This issue is the migraine was returning every few hours and I had to wait in extreme pain between each episode for more help. Also they were unbothered and uncaring about the symptoms as well as unwilling to help me understand their medical terminology. I was asking basic q... read more
Called 6 times for a medication refill for an anti convulsant since Monday, it is now Weds and they can’t seem to have it filled. The call center and Heather, the office manager lack any customer service, urgency or care on the issue. Find a different doctors office. Have had issues with the call center in the past as well.
