BEWARE OF DAWN LEE. This nurse should be fired. She belongs in jail for what she did to me. On July 5th I came in she told me no plastic surgeons were on call. My laceration was complex and went through the vermillion line. My skin hanging off. PROTOCOL FOR A PLASTIC SURGEON CALLED EVEN AFTER I ASKED. I truly believe this nurse should be fired. No plastic surgeons available instead a life of disfigurement. Nurse Dawn Lee (she was fired from her last job. Look up name and New Jersey) who shouldn’t have been doing the job in the first place put my lip on top of my other lip. Half the skin on one side of my face pulls to one side because of the amount of skin lost. I truly believe she should be fired for negligence. Shore memorial Medical Center is the Worst Hospital in NJ. Guest Service agent clearly don't know where former employee pick up medical records from the Human resources Center. Allied Unvirse Employee are terrible. I really Don't recommend this Hospital.
Recently delivered a baby at a different local hospital and unfortunately our baby needed to be readmitted for phototherapy; we were advised to go to Shore by our Pediatrician, who said that she had coordinated a direct admission with the on-call Neonatologist at Shore, Dr. Stiskal. When we arrived, our admission was quite literally the smoothest and easiest process I have ever encountered with a hospital system, and every person we interacted with was absolutely wonderful. No plastic surgeons available instead a life of disfigurement. Nurse Dawn who shouldn’t have been doing the job put my lip on top of my other lip. Probably didn’t even call plastic surgeons to try and get them there. Rushed job. Didn’t even line it up. Not nearly enough sutures for the face. Could have at least lined the lips correctly not on top of each other. Why try to be the hero when you are not qualified. Imagine if that were you.
