The people at the front desk have zero interpersonal skills. Someone needs to remind them that even though its what they do on a daily basis, most of us never visit the hospital unless theres something serious, so there is a good chance its our first experiences. So a little kindness during such a hectic time is well appreciated! Please re-train both security and front office personel!
brought my father in for a procedure, walked downstairs to Salutes Cafe. Phenomenal food! April and Tram were amazing Associates. Provided me with excellent customer service. I might be back just to come to the Cafe !
This is my opinion and some facts. please dont have your baby at this hospital!!! they dont appear to care about pregnant woman...
