Update: i have called 3x and also emailed, still no response back! I canceled reservation but yet was charged as if i was a no show. Have forwarded emails w proof. Staff tells me they will have to get back to me. Still nothing! Not sure what else to do! Please help! Very frustrated w the level of customer service when calling to inquire about the property. Staff was short and rude. I haven’t stayed at the property for years and despite hearing all the negatives was anxious to give it a try for a quick getaway. Booked on line... read more
