Working with this company was an extreme disappointment. I would give less stars if that was possible. At first the owner was professional and polite. Assure me everything was going to great. Once the money was collected, it went totally downhill. Poor communication, poor service and after requesting a refund, the owner lied and said he would email receipts and never did. Then he 'Ghosts me.' Not professional at all. Recommend avoiding. Too many great limo companies in the area to use as opposed to shoreline.
