My father was admitted to King David following hip replacement surgery. The Asian Department has been extremely helpful, attentive, and responsive to our concerns and needs. Their support and care throughout his stay have been truly appreciated.
I am 82 years old, when I arrived here I was greeted with hostility. The administrative staff Alma Norma is incredibly rude and will rush you out of her office if you ask her any questions regarding the property. She also made some racist remarks regarding my race, asking me “Why are so many Chinese applying” whilst physically pushing me out. Horrible experience, and staff certainly needs to be retrained. What a disaster.
