I was told the cost for the mouthpiece would be $2,000 and I would be reimbursed if the insurance company approved the treatment. I was promised the $2,000 would cover all costs for full treatment. The insurance company was then invoiced $9,000...for a mouthpiece!! Shore Dental received over $5,000 from the insurance company and never reimbursed me a dime! With my $2,000, they received over $7,000!! I called several times and was told the Dr. determined that I wasn’t entitled to a reimbursement!!
