Cab took 20 min, after they told me 10-15, no prob, driver was friendly n rates are very reasonable n it was bar closing time after all, when everyone wants a cab at the same time

Dispatcher was more interested at cursing at somebody else in office than taking my call, very loud rude n crude!! Fri 8-10-12 between 9:00 n 10:00 pm, they need to learn some professionalism n isn't cursing ILLEGAL over taxi radio n phone?!

We heard lady who works nights is horrible, we still called for a cab. Rude and crude!! We "inconvenienced" her after waiting 20 mins for the cab when it was supposed to be 5-10. Yelled and got in a screaming match!! Good luck..this one sux!!

Shore cabs is the worst cab company in Monmouth county. Use Leon's instead!!!

I only took the cab service once. and the ride and the atmosphere was Fine. the driver seemed nice. we talked a little bit. told me he had been driving a cab for a long time. it was my first ride in a cab and i felt a little strange but that more cause it was my first time in that company's cab. the driver even came into the place i went to make sure all was OK since i was taking a while in the bank. it gave me an idea of what its like and it was an experience. but i do know why people have their car or drive themselves its ... read more
