If I could give -5 I would. STAY AWAY! Not only are their houses overpriced and should be condemned but the owner is a scammer and will keep the security deposit unless you sue him, which I did.
I would not recommend this to anyone! We thought the house would be okay despite some bad reviews , but listen to them!! The houses are not worth the prices. The first house we went to we checked for Bugs, round a spider and what looked like a bed bug. Then the whole headboard fell down. The kitchen was gross and needed a deep cleaning. No pots pans nothing. We contacted the owner and he said he would move us to a two story house, when we spoke to the front desk the women accused us of lying!
