I highly recommend Shore Barre in Bethany Beach, DE for an excellent cross-training workout for balance, core, legs and arm strengthening. Being a runner and swimmer, Shore Barre is an excellent addition to my training program to reduce injuries and build strength and flexibility. I had an exceptional studio barre experience at Shore Barre with Julie. She is a very fit and flexible instructor that makes sure that exercise is completed properly by each participant. Her sessions are challenging and enjoyable. I have noticed an improvement in my appearance after two weeks of daily classes. I would highly recommend to everyone Shore Barre in Bethany Beach, DE.
